WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an ordered item due to the wrong color/size, etc., please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
After checking your return, we will issue you a voucher for a new order in the shop.
Returns
Products that do not fit or that you do not like can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund your costs.
This is provided that the product is in its original condition and is unwashed.
You will receive the amount via the same method used for your purchase.

Returns (incl. a brief statement of the reason for the return) should be sent exclusively to:

We will cover return shipping costs if the goods are damaged.
In all other cases (wrong size, color, incorrect purchase), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note: If a shipment cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, we will charge a return fee in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can choose from the following payment methods:

Prepayment (Bank transfer)
When paying by prepayment, you transfer the amount manually.
You will receive the bank details by email after placing your order.
As soon as we record receipt of payment in our account, we will put your order into production and then ship your goods. Please be sure to include your order number with your transfer so that we can assign the payment to your order.
Please note that it can take one to three business days for payment to be received.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The delivery time depends on the individual product, the payment method, and the country from which you are ordering.
We work via print-on-demand, which means we only produce your order after it has been received.
Therefore, we estimate a production/delivery time within Germany of approximately 8-14 days.
The individual processing of your order & manufacturing of your product thus also enables us to accommodate your special requests.
WHICH SIZE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
To help you choose the right size and avoid incorrect orders, you will find a size chart for comparison with every product. (As an image file under the photos)

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD KEEP IN MIND WHEN WASHING?
Please check the washing instructions for each product individually and follow them.
In general: Wash as gently as possible – without fabric softener and at low temperatures.
To avoid damaging the print, only iron inside out.
HOW DO I REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE?
You can redeem your voucher or discount code in the shopping cart under >> Enter voucher code <<.
The voucher value will be automatically deducted from your order total.
Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
Voucher codes may be time-limited, apply only to selected products, or be linked to a minimum order value.
HOW DO GIFT VOUCHERS WORK?
Do you want to gift some ueberzieher stuff but aren't sure what the right choice is?
Then opt for one of our gift vouchers.
Select an amount, enter the recipient's details, and add the voucher to your shopping cart.
After the payment process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of the purchase.
The recipient of the gift card will receive an email with the subject line:
"You have just received a gift card from xxx" (i.e., with your name ;) )
The one-time gift card code is displayed in the email.
Our gift vouchers are:
